Payment
Pay by company or personal check (US bank only) or money order in US funds, or charge to VISA, MasterCard, or American Express. Include your credit card number, expiration date, and signature. Orders paid by personal check will be held for check clearance. We also accept COD orders for shipments to the 48 contiguous US (street addressed shipments only-no PO Boxes). Add $6 additional for COD orders. IL resident must add 8.5% sales tax.
Shipping
We ship insured UPS, so be sure to give your complete business or home street address. Most orders are shipped within 48 hours.
Returns
All merchandise should be inspected upon reciept. If found defective, call us for an adjustment for return. All returns must be within 30 days from invoice date.

You must be completely satisfied with every item purchased fom CDCO. If for any reason an item does not live up to your expectations, return it in original packaging within 30 days for an immediate refund or credit.
